01 / Why now

More answers. More need for judgment.

AI can produce research, analysis, recommendations and polished communication. The value of senior judgment increasingly lies in defining the question, structuring the problem and deciding what deserves attention.

That means testing assumptions and hypotheses, separating signal from noise and turning facts into implications. It also means checking whether the evidence supports a recommendation, and whether an AI-generated answer is ready to use, needs verification or should be rejected.

As answers become easier to produce, strong reasoning becomes more valuable.

02 / The workshop

One day. Five disciplines.

Follow one connected executive case from the first question to a decision you can defend. Think individually, work in small groups and get feedback on your reasoning.

The role of AI

AI changes the answer. Not the responsibility.

AI can generate an analysis, recommendation or argument in seconds. You still need to assess the question, the reasoning and the assumptions, then decide what to verify before acting. Throughout the day, AI-generated work gives you material to test and challenge.

No coding or technical AI background required. This is not a prompting course.

Before acting on an answer

“Is this good enough to act on?”
